1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only for the following cases:

  • Products that are defective, damaged, or inactive (not functioning) upon arrival.

  • Products that are incorrect or different from what you ordered.

For all other products, returns are not accepted.


2. Return Period

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • After this period, we will not accept any return requests.


3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and a photo/video showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the return instructions.

  4. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method used at the time of purchase.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that are working correctly and as described.

  • Items returned after 15 days.

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.
